I direct the USAID funded MEAS Project and the FAST, SEAS, and INGENAES associated awards at the University of Illinois. We are a knowledge network dedicated to strengthening extension services in all their forms in developing countries through programs of capacity building and training, as well as action-oriented research and country level strengthening activities.
