Robert Collins is Conrad Hilton Endowed Professor of Urban Studies and Public Policy at Dillard University in New Orleans. Other positions he has held at Dillard include: Associate Provost and Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, Founding Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, and Chair of the School of Social Sciences. His research interests include: urban politics, the politics of land use planning, and disaster planning.
